2.1 Registration Requirements

2.4 Account Suspension or Closure

3.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

Account verification and fulfilment of any active wagering requirements are mandatory before a withdrawal can be completed.

3.3 Transaction Restrictions

Funds deposited into a user's account may only be withdrawn from that same account — transfers through third parties are prohibited.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 adds a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; the wagering requirement on the bonus will be ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000. The welcome bonus is not free money — a 15x wagering requirement must be met before it can be used.

4.2 Weekly and Other Promotions

baji999 regularly offers various promotional offers, each with its own terms and conditions:

• baji999 Weekly Deposit Reward: up to 50% of deposit, maximum ৳8,000, wagering 18x.
• baji999 Slot Festival Bonus: up to 30% of deposit, maximum ৳5,000, wagering 20x.
• Cricket Season Special Offer: up to 40% of deposit, maximum ৳6,000, wagering 15x.
• Birthday Special Gift: maximum ৳1,500, wagering 10x.
• Refer a Friend Bonus: maximum ৳2,000, wagering 12x.

4.3 Bonus Cancellation and Misuse

If bonus misuse is suspected — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, or attempting to meet wagering requirements through low-risk bets — baji999 may cancel the bonus and withdraw any associated winnings. All bonuses apply in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) and the minimum deposit condition stated in each offer must be met.

5.1 Bet Validity

A bet is considered valid only when the system has successfully confirmed it and the relevant amount has been deducted from the member's account. If processing fails due to a technical error, baji999 may declare that bet void and return the deducted amount.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using any software, bot, or automated method to place bets or play games
• Attempting to fix match results or determine outcomes through any other fraudulent method
• Using multiple accounts to place bets on opposite sides in the same game
• Attempting to exploit any technical vulnerability or bug in the platform

5.3 VIP and Cashback

baji999's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze (up to 0.3% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5%), and Gold (up to 0.8%). Cashback is calculated based on total net losses for the week. For example: if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, the cashback will be ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100.

6.1 Setting Limits and Controls

Members can set their own deposit limits, bet amounts, and session times. These limits can be activated by contacting the support team. We encourage all members to play responsibly by setting their own spending and time limits.

6.2 Self-Exclusion

If any clause of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect. In matters of interpretation of these Terms, baji999's decision will be considered final.

10.3 Territorial Restrictions

Some regions or countries may have local laws or restrictions regarding online gaming. It is the member's responsibility to stay informed about the legal situation in their own area. If a member uses the service in violation of their local laws, they will be solely responsible.
